The Site contains supplmentary material of the Auraverse (the “Game”) that are accessible to the public which contain elements of an Alternate Reality Game (“ARG”).

The scenarios, events, and characters in the Game are a work of fiction. Any resemblance to any factual events or actual people, living or dead, is coincidental.

By joining the Site, you agree to disclose the Personal Information outlined in the Personal Information section and in the Privacy Policy. Participation in the Game is voluntary and can be discontinued at either our or the user’s discretion.

Personal Information

Personal Information in the Game is the information used for Participation purposes.

Full Participation in the Game requires a Discord account to access all public features of the Site. The Discord account is authorized to use the Service through the Auralis Project in the user’s Authorized Apps in their Discord account.

You are responsible for safeguarding your access to the Service and for any activities or actions under your Discord account in relation to the Service. You must notify us immediately at projects@auralis.games upon becoming aware of any breach in security or any unauthorized use of your Discord account.

Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our Service without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever including:

• Breaching the Terms of this Service
• Continued noncompliance to the rules entailed in the Auralis Project Discord server (the “Server”)
• General disrespect and incivility to us and/or users of the Service and Game

Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease. Termination of access may include cessation of access to the Site and expulsion from the Server.

If you wish to terminate your access to the Service, you may leave the Server and withdraw authorization of the Auralis Project from the Authorized Apps in your Discord account.

We will only use any Personal Information that we may collect about in accordance with our Privacy Policy. This policy forms an essential part of these Terms and Conditions and it is important that you read it. By accepting these Terms and Conditions, you also accept and consent to our Privacy Policy.

Governing Law

This agreement shall be made under the laws of The United States of America and subject to teh jurisdiction of the courts of The United States of America.

Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. If any provision of these Terms is held to be invalid or unenforceable by a court, the remaining provisions of these Terms will remain in effect. These Terms constitute the entire agreement between us regarding our Service, and supersede and replace any prior agreements we might have between us regarding the Service.
